A |     新加坡企业发展局说，新加坡对英国的食品出口，过去十年，每年增长一成，我国餐饮业者在英国市场中仍有增长机会。不过已进驻英国的业者受访时说，运输成本的上涨，供应链的不稳定，给他们带来不少挑战。一家装潢富有本地风味，售卖新加坡美食的业者，让在英国的新加坡人即使远在他乡也有家的感觉。业者的其中一个卖点就是每六个月就会更换菜单。    (ECNS) -- The Horgos Port in northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has handled more than 6,000 China-Europe and China-Central Asia freight trains so far in 2025, transporting over 10 million metric tons of cargo.    This milestone was reached as a train loaded with engineering machinery, auto parts and home appliances departed the port. To boost efficiency, Horgos Customs and railway operators have launched a “smart port plus rapid local customs clearance” system for real-time data sharing. Supported by intelligent image inspection and pre-arrival scanning technologies, trains are cleared on arrival, cutting overall customs clearance time by over 50%.    The routes operating from Horgos now cover 91 lines reaching 18 countries and regions, handling more than 200 types of cargo. Combined freight volume across Xinjiang’s two major land gateways, Horgos and Alashankou, has surpassed 11,000 trains, marking a 5.9% year-on-year growth.    (By Intern Lin Qiaochu, Zhang Dongfang)                    。不过这些食品，很多时候都需要进口原材料制作。餐饮业者赵小菁说：“营运成本上涨三倍。所以我们有采取一些措施来缓解问题，我们通过空运引进一些材料来解决问题，因为现在海运和空运的价格几乎一样。所以这些是我们在考虑可以降低成本的方法”售卖本地小吃的老曾记，也面临同样问题，除了运输费用，运输时间也倍增。餐饮业者说：“我们必须提前计划，必须有更多储存。我们现在有一个中央厨房，让我们能够存储更多食材，所以就不需要这么频繁地运输食材，因为容易出现延误和成本提升问题，我们尽量减少运输食材。”不过这不影响业者在英国开设第二家分店的计划。
